Cancellation Policy

reschedule a session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged the full session fee. If a client does not attend a scheduled session and provides no prior notice, the session will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged in full. The coach will wait up to fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled start time. If the client has not arrived within this time, the session may be marked as a no-show or forfeited, and the full session fee may still apply. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time. Exceptions may be considered at the coach’s discretion in cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.
