Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Items purchased from the shessingle4aseaon marketplace are custom-made and printed just for you. Returns are offered for defective items, and we're always happy to set up a size exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right. E-books,  Books, & Journals  are Non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective. Please email  support@shessingle4aseason.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at  support@shessingle4aseason.com as soon as possible. However, if your order is already in transit, you must return the product to receive a refund. Please keep in mind that our offices close at 2pm CST. on Saturday and reopen on Monday 10am CST
