Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to notify the coach at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting if they can't attend the session. If the client fails to do so and does not turn up, they will be billed for the missed session. The coach will wait for 15 minutes before noting the client as a no-show. It's important to understand that the cancellation policy is in place to ensure that both parties respect each other's time and commitment. If a client is unable to attend a session, it's crucial to inform the coach as soon as possible so that they can adjust their schedule accordingly. By doing so, clients can avoid being charged for missed sessions and help coaches to maximize their time and resources.
